• Account Creation: You may need to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

4. DigiCoaches

• Independent Contractors: DigiCoaches are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Elderra.

• Scope of Services: DigiCoaches provide guidance based on their expertise. Elderra does not guarantee specific outcomes from their assistance.

• Conduct: While we strive to ensure the professionalism of our DigiCoaches, Elderra is not liable for their actions, omissions, or any disputes arising from their conduct.
   

5. Fees and Payments

• Pricing: Fees for our Services are outlined on our website. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

• Payments: Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

• Refunds: Refund policies are specified in our Refund Policy. Please review them before purchasing.
